   a. Participation in PSA's services is voluntary and unfettered. Users engage with PSA's services of their own volition and are under no obligation, legal or otherwise, to adhere to any guidance or advice imparted during mentoring sessions.

   b. Users voluntarily provide personal information for resume building and LinkedIn profile enhancement, consenting to its utilization for the stated purposes.

 

3. Responsibility and Liability:

   a. Participants in mentoring sessions assume full responsibility for decisions and actions made consequent to the sessions, including those concerning careers, finances, and personal affairs.

   b. PSA and its mentors bear no liability for any adverse consequences arising from participants' independent decisions made outside the scope of the mentoring sessions.

 

4. No Guarantees and Refund Policy:

   a. PSA does not furnish guarantees or assurances of specific outcomes resulting from its services. Participants acknowledge the inherent uncertainties associated with career development and professional advancement.

   b. Participants acknowledge and accept PSA's strict no-refund policy for mentoring sessions, regardless of the circumstances surrounding their participation or subsequent outcomes.

 

5. Legally Binding Agreement:

   a. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between PSA and its users, governing the rights and obligations of both parties.

   b. Users engaging in PSA's services affirm their consent to abide by these Terms in their entirety.

 

6. Modification and Update:

   a. PSA reserves the right to modify and update these Terms at any juncture without prior notice. Users are encouraged to regularly review the Terms provided on the website to stay informed of any changes.

   b. Material modifications to the Terms will be communicated to users via email or through prominent notices on the PSA website.
