Terms and Conditions: Mentee's Declaration of Responsibility

Welcome to the mentoring services provided by Pankaj Singhal. Before proceeding with your participation in our mentoring sessions, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Nature of Services: Pankaj Singhal offers mentoring sessions to provide guidance, coaching, counselling, and training to assist participants in navigating career challenges and developing skills for professional growth. It is important to note that Pankaj Singhal is not a licensed financial advisor, legal counsel, or professional counsellor.

 

2. Voluntary Participation: Participation in the mentoring sessions provided by Pankaj Singhal is voluntary. Participants are not obligated to follow any guidance or advice provided during these sessions.

 

3. Assumption of Responsibility: Participants acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any decisions made as a result of the mentoring sessions, including decisions related to their careers, finances, and personal lives.

 

4. No Guarantees: While Pankaj Singhal strives to offer valuable guidance based on personal experiences and expertise, it is important to understand that there are no guarantees of specific outcomes from participating in the mentoring sessions.

 

5. Release of Liability: By participating in the mentoring sessions, participants release Pankaj Singhal from any liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with their participation. This includes, but is not limited to, any losses, damages, or injuries, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental.

 

6. Independent Decision Making: Participants agree not to hold Pankaj Singhal responsible for any negative consequences arising from actions, decisions, or choices made independently of the mentoring sessions.

 

7. Legally Binding Agreement: This declaration of responsibility constitutes a legally binding agreement between Pankaj Singhal and the participant. By participating in the mentoring sessions, participants consent to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
